For me, I always have the goal of wanting to get as big as possible, but I'm thinking I can just focus more on getting lean. What about you?

My short term goals are to lose some weight and regain muscle. My long term goals would be to beat my old three rep bench max, and to get enough strength in my legs to walk without mechanical assistance, don't know if that's possible. But there it is.
