Hi, Now that i'm finally old enough for weightlifting i had one question. is it possible to have a work out program. to where i could gain strength and alot of muscle mass? something like for example john cena, big e langston or mariusz pudzianowski (check the attachments). these guys are really strong and show their muslcles. i dont wanna be very strong but have a belly like some professional strongman. i am naturally pretty strong. my body type is a mesomorph and without any training my max lifts are deadlift: 150kg (330lbs) squat: 100kg (225) bench press: 75kg (165lbs). can anyone recommend a program or give tips to make one to reach my goals. ofc i must be able to still be agile for wrestling. Just take some post workout routine and you can do it without stress too much in the body.
